Antoine Greizmann to Manchester United
Zlatan Ibrahimovic moved for free from Paris Saint-Germain to Manchester United and has gone on to become one of their brightest lights this season, having scored 28 goals and provided ten assists in all competitions. However, the Swede has suffered ligament damage and already 35, he is unlikely to carry United’s burden much further.
Griezmann is one of the hottest properties on the transfer market and United have consistently been linked with a move for the Frenchman. And the striker’s agent, Eric Olhats, has revealed there being a concrete offer from the Red Devils. “We’re at the stage of gathering information from clubs who have a concrete interest”, Olhats told French television programme Tlfoot. “United were the first to come and see us and the most concrete in their wishes”, he further added.
Robert Lewandoswki to Real Madrid
Real Madrid have tendency to attract the biggest names even though they might not be in desperate need of the said signings. They already have a world-class forward in Karim Benzema and the hugely-talented Alvaro Morata on the bench. But they are keen to acquire Bayern Munich frontman Robert Lewandowski in the summer.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos were seen talking to the Pole during their recent Champions League encounter, and speculation is rife that the Madrid duo was convincing him to join them at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Kylian Mbappe to Manchester City
Mbappe has been one of the revelations of the ongoing season. He has racked up 13 goals in the French top flight to help Monaco sit atop the league table and on course for the domestic title as they seek to end Paris Saint-Germain’s monopoly in French football. However, it is Mbappe’s five goals in the Champions League that have made the whole footballing world sit up and take notice.
Mbappe was instrumental in his team’s felling of Manchester City in the Champions League and it is no wonder then that the Citizens appear to be willing to pay out of their nose to prise the talented teenager away from the principality outfit.
Alexis Sanchez to Chelsea
Sanchez’s contract renewal talks with Arsenal do not seem to be going positively and Chelsea are eager to strengthen their ranks by acquiring the Chilean. Antonio Conte’s has done exceedingly well in his first season at Stamford Bridge as the Pensioners sit atop the league table and face Arsenal in the final of the FA Cup in an attempt to secure the domestic double.
However, Conte already has his eyes set on next season and rumour has it that Sanchez is on top of his shopping list.
Alvaro Morata to Manchester United
Real Madrid already have Benzema leading the line while they actively pursue the signature of Lewandowski. And all that has left Morata uncertain of his future at the club.
In the given circumstances, and beset by the long-term injury to Ibrahimovic, Manchester United are eager to prise the former Juventus forward away to Old Trafford.
