The future of Aaron Ramsey looks closer to being decided with news that he is in talks with Italian champions Juventus about a £9 million switch to Turin.
The 27 year old midfielder is set to leave Arsenal at the end of the season when his current contract expires, after the club, having tabled a new offer to him, and then decided to subsequently withdraw it.
He is free to talk to overseas clubs in January, and now seems close to agreeing a summer move to Italy, and the Old Lady, reports The Daily Mirror.
Bayern Munich have also been touted as a potential destination, as well as the two Milan clubs, Inter and AC, but are thought to be put off by the player’s high wage demands, which are said to be £9 million.
Juventus seem set, with Ramsey, to follow the example they set with Emre Can at the start of this year, letting the German run down his contract with Liverpool, before signing him on a free afterwards.
