Alexis Sanchez hopes for January move to PSG

Despite being at Manchester United less than a year, Alexis Sanchez Is already disillusioned with life at Old Trafford, and has begun to explore possible escape options. The 29-year old has lost his place in the team, and joined a long list of players that have been publicly criticised by his manager Jose Mourinho.

With only three Premier League goals to his name since his high profile move, Sanchez has failed to justify his wages, which are said to be close to £500,000 a week. He has started only 4 league games this season, and has not even made the bench for several of United’s recent fixtures.

Now, according to The Daily Mail, he is hoping to secure a January move to Paris Saint-Germain, who had previously been linked with the Chilean international striker. Even though PSG are one of the few clubs that could afford him he is likely to have to lower his wage demands if he is to get a move, however, whilst United may demand a fee to try and recover some of their substantial outlay on the former Arsenal star.
