Clubs lining-up to sign Liverpool full-back

Liverpool full-back Nathaniel Clyne is likely to be a man in demand this summer.

The 28-year old spent the second part of last season on loan at Bournemouth, but is likely to be sold by Liverpool when the transfer window opens, with him having no future at Anfield.

According to Sky Sports, a number of Premier League clubs, including Crystal Palace and West Ham want to sign him, as well as Bournemouth who would like to acquire him on a permanent deal. And there is also interest in him from further afield, with Napoli also a potential destination for the former Southampton man.

Clyne joined Liverpool from The Saints in 2015 in a £12.5million deal, but injuries restricted his first-team appearances, whilst the emergence of Trent Alexander-Arnold saw him slip down the pecking order for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

The right-back won the first of his 14 caps for England in a 3 – 1 home defeat of Slovenia in November 2014.
