Manchester United are willing to take Gareth Bale on loan from Real Madrid.

The 29-year old Welsh international has been explicitly told by Zinedine Zidane that he is not part of his plans for next season, and the Frenchman wants him out of his squad by any means possible. However, potential suitors are baulking at the £75 million that Real are demanding to sign him permanently, so the option of sending him out on loan is one option being explored.

Again though, his wages are a problem, but Manchester United appear willing to be one club prepared to meet his £480,00 0  a week demands, and are prepared to take him on a season-long loan, with an option for a further year.

Bale, who was signed by Real from Tottenham for £85 million in September 2013, seems to have other plans though, and has reportedly instructed his agent to relay the message to the board of the Spanish club that he wants to remain at the Bernabeu Stadium next season.
