Spurs star linked with shock move to China

Spurs midfielder Moussa Dembele may have been one of the stars of the show in Turin as his side came from two goals down to draw with Juventus, but, according to The Sun, he might not be at the club by the time the second leg comes around.

That is because Chinese Super League club Beijing Sinobo Guoan are reported to be interested in making a bid for the player which would see his currently weekly wages of £80,000 doubled. Although the Beijing club are yet to make an offer, sources in China indicate that a deal could be completed before the transfer window there closes on February 28th.

The 30-year old Belgian international has less than 18 months to run on his current contract at Tottenham, but given his current form, the North London side are unlikely to entertain any notion of selling him unless the offer were too tempting to turn down.
