The Sun reports that Tottenham are ready to mount a £50 million raid on Watford for two of their brightest stars.
The players in question are forward Richarlison and central midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure who are both highly rated.
Brazilian Richarlison 20 arrived at Watford last summer from Fluminense in a £13 million deal has impressed in his first season in English football, having scored 5 goals from a wide forward position. He is under contract until 2022, but with the player now rated at £30 million, a sale in the summer would represent a substantial return on their investment for the Hertfordshire club.
Doucoure has been at Watford since joining from French club Rennes for £4.5 million in the summer of 2016. He was immediately sent on loan to Spanish club Granada, but since returning to Watford has become one of their midfield mainstays.
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking to bolster his squad in all areas of the pitch for next season and the Watford pair are part of those plans.
